The sunny, handicapped and senior-friendly apartment with a terrace and small garden for private use (west-facing) is located on the first floor. The apartment is entered on the first floor from the hallway and leads directly into the kitchen area. The kitchen and living room are separated by a waist-high plinth. This plinth creates enough separate space in the kitchen area, which is defined by a fitted kitchen, for a table for 4 people or more. Guests are therefore welcome.
