You do not have to worry about anything, both Internet / telephone and TV is available, and in addition to electricity and water in the NK estimated.
Electricity, water and gas are billed according to consumption
The rent is made up of the net cold rent of 1800€ and the additional costs.
These can vary depending on consumption and are therefore billed according to consumption when moving out.
The deposit is 4500€

Due to private and professional changes, we will be renting out our lovingly renovated house in the Steenkampsiedlung.
In the entrance area and in the open kitchen is the original terrazzo, in all other rooms are wooden floorboards.
On the first floor, you enter the house into a hallway with a spacious checkroom and a shoe cupboard.
It continues into the open, bright kitchen with a wonderful view of the garden.
The kitchen is equipped with a large porcelain sink, dishwasher, built-in fridge, induction hob and a combi-grill-microwave.
There is sufficient storage space in which all the necessary kitchen utensils (corresponding
pots and pans) can be found.
There is also a cozy living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a dining room adjoining the kitchen, from which you can access the spacious, glass-covered terrace.
The second floor is accessed via a wooden staircase (from the year of construction) to the bedroom with an adjoining closet dressing room and open passageway to the spacious bathroom with bathtub and large walk-in rain shower.
The passageway to the bathroom can be easily closed if the open concept is too open for you.
A further (space-saving) wooden staircase leads to an open, light-flooded studio, which is ideal as an office or hobby room.
A highlight is the basement, which has a headroom of approx. 2.20 m and has been converted into a living space. The guest shower room and washing machine are located here.

The Steenkamsiedlung is nestled between Osdorfer Weg, Ebertallee and Noktestr.
The bus connection can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.
The bus station Bahren. Trabrennbahn in 6min.
The nearest S-Bahn is in Othmarschen and is connected to the bus line.

The Bahrenfeld junction to the A7 is about 5 minutes away by car.

All shopping facilities, doctors and pharmacies are in the immediate vicinity
