Located off the main road in a side street. Within walking distance (5 min.) Discounter, bakery, pizzeria, fast food. From the house you can start without crossing the street in the fields / direction forest. Nature fans will love the nearby forests etc. (e.g. Schwalm-Nette nature reserve, Lüsekamp, National Park de Meinweg). Shopping queens (and kings) will love the outlet in Roermond, water sports fans the local waters, the Meuse and its lakes. There are plenty of culinary delights in the surrounding area (Brüggen, Hariksee, Overhetfeld, Wegberg, Mönchengladbach). Elmpt itself has real, good pizzerias etc., unfortunately no more restaurants.
