The light-flooded apartment 22 in Haus Sanssouci offers you an exclusive living experience on 72 m² on the second and top floor of the house. The apartment boasts high ceilings and large, floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the open-plan living and dining area with natural light.
The well thought-out floor plan of the apartment ensures maximum comfort. The open-plan living/dining area is generously proportioned and offers access to the spacious south-east-facing roof terrace, which is perfect for relaxing in the sun and socializing in the evenings. The living area is furnished with a sofa bed and a foldaway bed, providing flexible space for four adults. As owners, we have regularly used the apartment ourselves with two adults and three children without any problems. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, 4-zone hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The separate bedroom serves as a retreat and relaxation area and has a comfortable double bed, a large closet and a desk. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, WC and its own washing machine - perfect for longer stays.
A highlight of this apartment is that it can be rented out as a vacation apartment or used as a permanent home.
