If you answer these questions with a resounding "yes", then you've come to the right place. We are an association with an extraordinary community that offers more than just a shared flat.

Who are we? We, the Akademische Verbindung Concordia, are a student fraternity in the heart of Dortmund, which unites students from all courses of study and all backgrounds, as well as members of all religions.

What do we offer? We promote and develop personalities! We give students the space to try themselves out, to take on tasks and to grow with the responsibility they take on. An opportunity that is unfortunately becoming increasingly rare for young people these days. We support everyone - for life.

What do we expect? Ideally, you should have the following profile so that we can make it possible for you to move in:
- Male, German-speaking student
- Longer than two semesters to study on site
- A cool personality
- Openness to new experiences

In return, we expect you to treat each other honestly and respectfully. In addition, open-mindedness, tolerance, a social demeanor and the willingness to get involved in the community and take on responsibility. We expect our members to show a high level of time and personal commitment. Being active alongside your studies means additional work and can only be managed if everyone works together.

The house is located between the city center and Phoenixsee. The U47 stop is a 6-minute walk away. From the student club "Weinkeller" you can walk to the hall of residence (if you can still walk). If you want to go for a hangover walk, you can walk to Westfalenpark in a few minutes. Distance by subway (30 min to TU Dortmund, 18 min to FH Dortmund, 36 min to ISM Dortmund, 19 min by light rail to Phoenixsee). Shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
