For sale is a romantic vacation resort in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, 15 minutes by car from the Szczecin Lagoon and the seaside resort of Ueckermünde, consisting of 5 identical Finnish wooden houses on a total of 10,000m². The property is in a very quiet location, away from the main road and surrounded by its own beautiful forest with mature trees.
The houses are each specially fenced (1.70 to 1.80 m high) to appeal especially to the target group of families with dogs. Each house has 90m² of living space and is made entirely of Finnish wood inside and out, with a concrete foundation and a partial basement in the kitchen. The houses have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (some with dishwasher) and an open, modern living room.
The bathrooms on the ground floor are equipped with showers, the bathrooms on the upper floor can be used as guest bathrooms (washbasin and toilet). The hallways on the upper floor are designed to accommodate an extra bed and wardrobes. The windows of the houses are double-glazed. The houses are heated with gas (liquid gas) and electricity (partly infrared).

The house "Kurti" has the special feature that the first floor is designed with an open living and sleeping area, which can be separated with an opaque curtain.
