For sale is a romantic vacation resort in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, 15 minutes by car from the Szczecin Lagoon and the seaside resort of Ueckermünde, consisting of 5 identical Finnish wooden houses on a total of 10,000m². The property is surrounded by its own beautiful forest and has an old stock of trees.
The houses are each specially fenced (1.70 to 1.80 m high) to appeal especially to the target group of families with dogs. Each house has 90m² of living space and is made entirely of Finnish wood inside and out, with a concrete foundation and a partial basement in the kitchen. The houses have two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two terraces, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (some with dishwasher) and an open, modern living room.
The bathrooms on the ground floor are equipped with showers, the bathrooms on the upper floor can be used as guest bathrooms (washbasin and toilet). The hallways on the upper floor are designed to accommodate an extra bed and wardrobes. The windows of the houses are double-glazed. The houses are heated with gas (liquid gas) and electricity (partly infrared).
Another Finnish wooden house with a basement of approx. 36 m² is currently used as a storage room/workshop. In the cellar there is the already digitally operated power supply and a connection for high voltage current.
The house "Kurti" has the special feature that the first floor is designed with an open living and sleeping area, which can be separated with an opaque curtain. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard (induction hob, dishwasher). The house also has a very large terrace (approx. 40m²), which is suitable for festivities. Attached to the house is a covered barbecue area with a large plate.
On the grounds there is also a lovingly designed lounge with dog pool and seating as well as a fireplace.

The property is located in the nature park "Stettiner Haff" in the idyllic village of Gegensee. The access to the property is from the only road leading through the village (approx. 100m), so that the complex is very quiet and without traffic noise. The property is surrounded by a pasture (cows) and forest. The two neighbors are located on the access road to the gate entrance.
The seaside resort of Ueckermünde with its wide range of beaches is approx. 15 minutes away by car. The surrounding lagoon with the beaches Rieth, Vogelsang-Warsin, Altwarp and Bellin can also be reached in a few minutes by car, which invite you to swim and relax undisturbed. Shopping facilities can be found in the town of Eggesin (approx. 8 minutes by car) with several discount stores, petrol stations, cafés, restaurants and a sports park (e.g. mini golf, indoor and outdoor playground).
