It is a lovingly renovated and furnished house from the Wilhelminian era, which extends over three floors.
The beautiful Wilhelminian style house from 1910 is connected at the back with a farmhouse from 1766, otherwise separated from the garden by a fence.
The house is fully equipped for 6-8 people with towels and bedding, crockery etc.

On the first floor there is the kitchen, the dining room and a guest bathroom, the living room with access to the garden and the terrace.

On the 1st floor you will find the master bedroom and the master bathroom with two washbasins, a shower and a bathtub. There is also a (walk-through) room on this floor, which can be used as a dressing room or another bedroom with one or two single beds and a lovely balcony.

On the top floor you will find a bedroom and playroom and a spacious shower room.

There is a spacious shed for bicycles and equipment on the property

The residential ensemble is located in the Alt-Osdorf district near the river Elbe, surrounded by thatched-roof houses and (former) farms, where a city location meets a rural living atmosphere.
Various leisure activities are available in the surrounding area (Hamburg Polo Club, GTHGC, SVB)
Many parks (Jenischpark, Wesselhöftpark, Hesse Park, Schinkelspark) are nearby

Various shopping facilities are within walking distance in the center of Alt-Osdorf and in the Elbe-Einkaufszentrum.
You can reach everything on foot in 3 to 15 minutes
Pharmacy, doctors, supermarket, drugstore, a coffee roastery with café and a very good ice cream parlor are within walking distance of approx. 300 meters

The­re are good transport connections to Hamburg city center via various bus lines as well as S-Bahn
The Langelohstraße Nord bus stop is 50 meters from the house.
Bus line 392 takes you to the Elbe and the HVV Teufelsbrück ferry terminal in about 10 minutes.
The nearest S-Bahn stop is Hochkamp and can be reached by bus in 4 minutes.
