The town of Fröndenberg/Ruhr is offering a building plot for sale in the Dellwig district in the "Gosemark II" development area. According to the development plan, the 832 m² plot can be built with a multi-family dwelling as a single or semi-detached house in a 2-storey design. There are 6 residential units to be built. The development of the plot is subject to further, specially defined conditions. Non-compliance will result in contractual penalties.
A municipal sewer line runs through the property. An easement must be entered in the land register for this.
The property will be awarded in a bidding process. The highest bid will be accepted. In the event of a tie, the lot will be drawn.
The minimum bid for the developed plot is € 208,000.00.
The attached bid form must be used for an application. No other applications will be accepted.

The town of Fröndenberg/Ruhr with around 21,000 inhabitants is located in the south of the district of Unna on the Hagen-Kassel and Unna-Neuenrade railroad lines and on the Dortmund-Kassel highway. The river terraces to the right of the Ruhr and the heights of the western Haarstranges characterize its surface design. The Ruhr valley forms the end of the lower Sauerland. It rises about 120 m to the 244.7 m high Henrichsknübel. The northern part of the urban area extends into the Hellwegbörde.
