As you enter the house, the spacious hallway catches the eye, where you can store everything you need for the hustle and bustle of everyday life with children or for your hobby. The morning sun shines in here and greets you through the frosted glass front door from 2020 with a good KW value and a floor-to-ceiling window.

From the hallway, the staircase leads to the living-dining area and from there to the kitchen. The kitchen is open plan, but could be closed off by inserting a door. There is also a pub, a fruit and vegetable store, a butcher's shop and a museum in the village. There is also an elementary school and two kindergartens in the village. Secondary schools can all be reached by (school) bus.

Entrances to walking and hiking trails are right on the doorstep, the entrance to the Vennbahnweg (premium cycle path) is approx. 700 m away. Horse boxes can be rented in the village. There are also sports clubs in the village.

In the neighboring towns of Simmerath (4 km) and Roetgen (7 km) you will also find several doctors, a small hospital, pharmacies, bookshops, boutiques, supermarkets, DIY stores, an electronics store, post offices and much more.

The historic town of Monschau and the Rursee lake are also just a short drive away.
