In 2021 modernization of the heating system with BRÖTJE air heat pump BLW NEO 8- 15 in conjunction with BRÖTJE gas condensing boiler WGB 50i, complete piping and new radiators in apartments 1st floor, 2nd floor (2021) and 3rd floor (2024) as well as commercial. All apartments were also renovated (1st floor/2nd floor 2020-2021: real wood floorboards, walls, ceilings, doors, possibly bathrooms). The apartment on the 3rd floor was completely renovated in 2024 (walls, floors, heating, etc.).
Between 1993-2021 the electrics, water and sewage pipes, bathrooms and balcony on the 1st floor were renovated.

Right in the heart of Wittenberge near Bahnstraße, opposite the Kultur- und Festspielhaus Wittenberge.
Wittenberge offers excellent transport connections thanks to the new highway connection (completion 2025) and the ICE train stop, which enables fast connections to Hamburg and Berlin. Direct train connection to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport (BER). The town benefits from a growing infrastructure and will host the State Garden Show in 2027, which will result in further development of the local green spaces and increased attractiveness of the surrounding area.
