We are renting out our beautiful apartment with mountain view, furniture and underground parking space. The accommodation is centrally located and all important points of interest are close by.
The 1.5-room apartment on the 7th floor is modernly furnished. The rent includes:
- Kitchen with all new electrical appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer)

There is an additional €80 per month for the underground parking space. The parking space is directly in the house, the access from the underground garage with the elevator is barrier-free.
- The basic rent including kitchen, furniture and underground parking space is €1,100 per month.
- The monthly deduction for ancillary costs is €200.
- This gives us a warm rent of €1,300.
- The deposit is €3,300.
