During the renovation work in 2017, the entire house was fitted with high-quality new flooring. There is solid real wood parquet in the living room and large-format tiles in the bathrooms and hallway. All bedrooms are fitted with pleasant cork flooring.
As part of an energy-efficient renovation, all windows were completely replaced last year and fitted with electrified and insulated roller shutter boxes. The flat roof was fully insulated and rebuilt to KfW standard in 2023. The house is heated by a low-temperature gas boiler from Vissmann (built in 1991).

Numerous walking and hiking trails in and around the Senderwald forest can be reached on foot within 10 minutes or you can use your bike to take a trip along the route to Lake Baldeney, for example (approx. 25 minutes).
