The apartment is approx. 85 m2 in size and all walls and doors have been painted white. It is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible via a very nice staircase with an old wooden staircase.
Upon entering the apartment, you enter the open-plan living/kitchen area. The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with counter and plenty of storage space, which separates the dining area very well. A small workstation can be placed by the window next to the staircase so that it can be separated from the living area.
The spacious bathroom is very bright thanks to the window front and has a bathtub and shower with glass shower wall as well as a connection for a washing machine.
The living rooms have laminate flooring (walnut) and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. There is a beautiful wood-burning stove in the living room, which can provide almost the entire apartment with a cozy warmth.
Storage space for suitcases, boxes, etc. is available above the bedroom or above the kitchen.
There is a parking space in the carport on the property.
The landlord provides the rental space without inventory and in a renovated condition.
Location
Bargteheide is a small town located to the north of Hamburg, in the so-called Hamburg green belt. It only takes a few minutes by car to get to the A 1 highway connection to Lübeck or Hamburg. And public transport, such as the national railroad, S-Bahn from the HVV and bus, also provide excellent connections to the shopping centers of Hamburg and Lübeck.
Bargteheide offers a well-balanced range of shopping facilities, schools, doctors and a wide range of sports and leisure activities, such as a swimming pool, tennis club, riding schools, a golf club in the neighboring town and much more. In addition, there is a small theater with concerts and theater performances as well as an extensive gastronomy for every taste.
