We also offer our beautiful maisonette suite at the Landhotel Diana in Teltow for long-term rental (3 weeks to 6 months).

Our differently sized maisonette suites, furnished with bright and modern interiors and wonderful Coco Mat beds, offer all the amenities for a long-term stay. We offer special rates for bookings of 21 nights or more.

All suites are equipped with a kitchen, coffee machine, kettle and fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house

Cancellation: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival, up to 30 days before 40%, up to 7 days before 70%, up to 1 day before 90%, and in case of no-show 100% of the total booking amount.

The payment agreement is usually made individually with our customers. If nothing else has been agreed, a deposit of € 1000.00 and a 2-week payment cycle applies for the binding booking.

House rules: Our apartments are non-smoking apartments

Smoking in the room or in the suite constitutes a breach of contract, which will be

With this fee, we include the guest in the cleaning costs (curtains, furniture, etc.). If the room cannot be rented on the same day due to the strong smell of smoke, an additional night will be charged according to the daily fee.
