Store, former IGEL pharmacy with shop window, parking spaces and rooms in the basement

Store, home of the IGEL pharmacy for over 30 years until the end of September.

Access to the store is at ground level. There are illuminated customer parking spaces right next to the store. The rooms are flooded with daylight on three sides through windows on the west, north and east sides. An internal staircase leads to the basement. There is a shower room with WC, a room (laboratory) supplied with daylight via a slope, a small storage room and two cellar rooms (walk-through rooms). The rooms in the basement are tiled.

There is a neon sign "Apotheke" in the green area in front of the house.

In addition to use as a pharmacy, various types of retail outlets and the provision of personal services such as doctors, physiotherapy, cosmetics, chiropody, podiatry, etc. could be considered as usage concepts.

Eversbuschstraße 122 is located on the main road in Allach. The store is clearly visible from the street. The Allach district sports facility is next door.
