Be happy in the countryside! The small house by the historic bell tower in Krams is available to rent as a second home. In the most beautiful countryside in the world - the Prignitz. Exceptionally quiet location, the bell tower is only rung at Easter and Christmas.

A break in the countryside: Do you need time to yourself, a refuge where you can come and go at any time? Or are you a couple and need time for each other? Or you want to take a longer break together with your child? Or are you a brain worker and want to work in the countryside, in the most beautiful home office in the world?

Do you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, go for a walk in peace, just relax? Listen to the birds, stroke the camera sheep, sit on the terrace or by the campfire? And still have Wi-Fi when you want or need to work?

Then you've come to the right place. Come to the Prignitz, to Krams. Just an hour and a half from Berlin. The danger: you won't want to leave. We felt the same way, which is why we now live here, almost right next to this little vacation home. We're there if there are any problems.

A small whole house, built around 1920, renovated in 2023/2024. A large room with a double bed and a separate sofa bed, with a desk and a monitor if required.

A small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, grill, microwave. A bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. A terrace with fireplace and gas barbecue. W-LAN everywhere. And the bell tower is also included.

On the property opposite are our four enchanting camera sheep, which can be fed and stroked. Their names are Bärbel, Hildegard, Rosinchen and Paulinchen. Of course they will not be slaughtered, so the sheep will still be there when you come back one day.

500 Euro cold rent per month, plus only the costs for electricity and water according to consumption. The minimum rental period is 3 months, the contract period can be discussed individually.

The house is suitable for one to two people. It is not permitted as a main residence. No subletting. Non-smoking.

By the way: You may have heard of Krams before. Gerhard Gundermann played his last concert here on June 14, 1998.
