The small house by the historic bell tower in Krams is available to rent as a second home or temporary residence - in the most beautiful countryside in the world: the Prignitz.

Do you need some time to yourself, a refuge where you can come and go at any time? Or are you a couple and need time for each other? Or would you like to take a longer break together with your child? Or are you a brain worker looking for the most beautiful home office in the world in the countryside?

Do you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city, go for a walk in peace, just relax? Listen to the birds, stroke the camera sheep, sit on the terrace or by the campfire? And still have WLAN when you want or need to work?

Then you've come to the right place. Come to the Prignitz, to Krams. Just an hour and a half from Berlin.

The danger: you won't want to leave. We felt the same way, which is why we now live here - almost right next to this little vacation home. We're here in case there are any problems.

- About the house by the bell tower:
A small whole house, built around 1920, renovated in 2023/2024. A large room with a double bed and a separate sofa bed, with a desk and, if desired, a monitor. A small kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, hotplates, grill and microwave. A bathroom with toilet, shower and washer-dryer. A terrace with fireplace and gas barbecue. WLAN and 5G everywhere.

- And the bell tower is also included.
However, it is only rung a few times a year, at Easter, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year's Eve. As a tenant, you are cordially invited to ring the bells and can also ring them yourself!

- And the camera sheep are there too!
Our four enchanting camera sheep live on the property opposite: Bärbel, Hildegard, Rosinchen and Paulinchen. They can be fed and stroked. Of course, they will not be slaughtered - so the sheep will still be there when you come back one day.

- The rental price of the house:
500 euros basic rent per month, plus only the cost of electricity and water according to consumption. The minimum rental period is three months. The contract period can be discussed individually (see below).

- Who is the house suitable for?
The house is suitable for one to two people, especially for singles or a parent with a small child. Or for one person - preferably with a cat or dog. The house is also suitable for couples if one room is enough.

- What are the possible uses?
Spending the spring or summer in the country - or the fall or winter or all of the above. A summer house for the whole year: the house is winter-proof and well insulated. Experience a very quiet little village, come to rest, relax, write a new book or your master's thesis. Or simply do nothing at all, go for long walks, read a lot, have time and really wind down.

- How is the contract structured?
The minimum rental period is 3 months. Temporary living is possible in any variant: a fixed rental period without the possibility of renewal or a fixed rental period with the possibility of renewal. Or an open-ended tenancy agreement with a three-month notice period. Everything is arranged individually, let us know your ideas!

- Pets are welcome!
One or two dogs or cats are also welcome by arrangement.

The house is available again from 01.10.2025.
