The room was completely renovated 1 year ago, the walls are freshly painted and it is modernly furnished. The furniture shown in the photos is included.

Warm rent: 650 € (550 € + 100 € service charges, including electricity, water, heating and internet)

There are also various cafés and restaurants in the area, making life here particularly pleasant. The public transport connections are excellent, so you can get to the city center quickly and easily.
