The apartment is located on the 3rd floor. The building does not have an elevator. The apartment was completely renovated in 2017. All walls are painted white (filled, no woodchip). The apartment has a terrace with skyline view and three balconies. The windows are triple-glazed and equipped with electric shutters. The fitted kitchen was also newly built in 2017. It has all electrical appliances as well as a bar / counter to the dining / living room.
There is a large and a smaller bedroom. The latter can of course also be used as a children's room.

Your new home is located in Frankfurt-Sachsenhausen, one of the most sought-after locations in Frankfurt am Main. The apartment has an underground parking space, which is also rented out. There is a sauna in the building that can be used by all residents. It is easy to sign up for this on a list. The sauna room has a shower and WC.
There is also a communal room with garden access in the basement. It is equipped with beer tent sets and is suitable for small celebrations.
There are 10 apartments in the building, some of which are occupied by the owners themselves and some by tenants.
