The heart of the apartment is the approximately 31m² living room. The large French windows flood this room with plenty of natural light from two directions. In the sunny months, the spacious balcony measuring approx. 27m² offers the opportunity to extend the living space into the open air.

With an area of approx. 15m², the kitchen offers plenty of space for your personal design ideas. We deliberately chose not to install a prefabricated kitchen here, so that you have the freedom to implement your own individual kitchen design.

The space is complemented by two bedrooms, measuring approx. 10m² and approx. 16m². Both rooms have French windows, which not only provide plenty of light and brightness, but also offer direct access to the balcony.
