23738 Lensahn – Schleswig-HolsteinOur offered condominium is located on the first floor of a condominium complex with a total of 24 apartments and 24 parking spaces, spread over two houses. The two-storey houses with full basements were built in 2021 on a 3,093 m² plot in timber frame construction in the Swedish style. The houses are in very good visual and technical condition. There is no repair backlog.
The well thought-out floor plan of the completely barrier-free apartment is divided into 2 rooms, an open kitchen, bathroom, hallway and terrace. The apartment has a total of approx. 50 m² and is ideal for a single household.
The condition and furnishings of the apartment are of a high standard. All walls are smoothly plastered and painted white. Our apartment is located in Lensahn in a quiet but very central cul-de-sac. Lensahn is a grown community in Schleswig-Holstein with just under 6000 inhabitants, connected to Grömitz, and is characterized by its harmonious mixture of rural idyll and urban comfort.
The town center is only a few minutes' walk away and offers cafés, restaurants and boutiques as well as all the shopping facilities for daily needs and medical care.
Due to its central geographical location and high recreational value, Lensahn enjoys great popularity. The surrounding area offers a good infrastructure. The train station is just a few minutes away and offers good connections to Lübeck and Grömitz. The cities of Lübeck, Neustadt i. H., Kiel and Hamburg can be easily reached thanks to the good transport links to the A1 motorway. The Baltic Sea is only a few minutes away by car.
