Detached house with large garden and lake access in Malente-Krummsee

In addition to the first floor, the detached house has a usable basement or cellar and a converted attic. The large plot with its enchanted garden and access to the lake (residents' association) is outstanding. The house has a renovation backlog and should be renovated to make it more energy efficient.
In front of the house, facing the street, is a large driveway with two parking spaces and a hot/cold water tap on the outside. The heated garage (central heating) has a passageway to the house. A small lawn and large borders round off this front side of the house facing east.
The house has gas central heating (built in 2006) and a cozy tiled stove in the living room, which is heated from the hallway.

The rowing boat can be used to explore the lake with its flora and fauna and, for example, to row to the forest bathing area at the other end and moor there.

The property is located in the village of Krummsee in the municipality of Malente. Bad Malente-Gremsmühlen and the district town of Eutin are about the same distance away. The state capital Kiel and the city of Lübeck are around 40-50 km away. The Baltic Sea beach can be reached by car in about half an hour, e.g. in Haffkrug/Scharbeutz/Sierksdorf­ or in Sehlendorf/Hohwacht or on Weissenhäuser Strand. You can drive to various beaches without traffic lights.
In the immediate vicinity there are some large lakes, e.g. the Kellersee or the Ukleisee, and a wide range of leisure and recreational facilities. Eutin's cultural scene has recently been enhanced by a magnificent lakeside stage.
