Malterhausen is a district of the municipality of Niedergörsdorf in the district of Teltow-Fläming in the federal state of Brandenburg, roughly halfway between Berlin and Leipzig.
The nearest freeway junction (A9 Berlin - Munich) is Linthe, which is only about 18 kilometers away from Malterhausen.
