In the entrance area of the house is the large hallway with a built-in wardrobe and the very well-preserved light marble floor, which was also used as a staircase. The entrance area not only leads to the combined and very bright living and dining area with high-quality parquet flooring and a fireplace connection (stainless steel outer pipe), but also to the kitchen and via the staircase to the basement and the upper floor. The high-quality kitchen and the high-quality vinyl flooring were kept in a modern shade of gray and were only installed in 2018. The kitchen is already included in the purchase price. From the kitchen, you also have access to the open and bright living and dining area, from where you can access the north-west-facing terrace with a cozy pavilion and the ground-level garden area, which has direct access to the adjacent forest. The entire house is currently heated by a Vaillant gas condensing boiler from 2002. The double-glazed windows from 2012-2015 by Gayko have electric shutters throughout, all of which can be operated by radio. The front door
was renewed in 2011.
The house also has a photovoltaic system with 10.32 kWp, which was only put into operation in February 2024. In addition to direct consumption, the surplus electricity is fed into the grid and thus remunerated. It should be noted that the system produces more electricity over the year than the house needs (depending on the resident's consumption, of course). The integration of a battery and a charging station is easily possible.
In addition, the flat roof was completely resealed in 2020.
