The hotel is located directly by the sea, with the mountains in the background and a panoramic view of Ayvalık with its islands and the island of Lesbos. The area is known in the Guinness Book as one of the most oxygen-rich places in the world. This hotel is open all year round. 16 rooms (including 1 staff room) of which 2 rooms with 2 bedrooms, 4 rooms with 100% sea view and balcony, 2 rooms side sea view and balcony, 3 rooms with side sea view without balcony, 4 rooms street side with balcony. Each room has a bathroom with WC and shower. On the first floor there is the reception, the kitchen, a small restaurant in the attached winter garden facing the beach with sea view, attached to the side is the large restaurant with outdoor kitchen and wooden counter, as well as an open sun terrace with about 120 square meters. There is also a laundry room and two storage rooms. There are 4 visitor WCs. The builders of the hotel (my parents) fulfilled a dream with this hotel after returning to their home country. My father worked for many years in Germany as a bricklayer and carpenter. He had the house built to be particularly sturdy and helped build it himself, influenced by German standards with lots of steel and strong concrete. He was told at the time that you could have built two houses with these materials! It has been regularly renovated and renewed, for example the roof was completely renewed in 2016. In 2021 there was a complete repaint, some windows and doors were renewed, balcony railings and tiles were replaced. Hot water collectors with tanks and satellite dishes were replaced. All building electrics were renewed, including lightning conductors. The windows of the large restaurant were replaced in 2024. Waste water is collected via three septic tanks.

Edremit Airport can be reached by car in 25 minutes. The airport has direct flights to Germany via Düsseldorf and Cologne, Turkish Airlines and Pegasus Airlines connect Edremit daily with a change in Istanbul! İzmir airport is 230 km away.
