This Mediterranean-style house with split-level architecture is located in the Bad Homburg Hardtwald, close to the spa gardens and in a completely quiet location.

The living room is the focal point of the open-plan first floor with high ceilings. The open kitchen is adjoined by dining areas and connections to the outdoor area. Three terraces and a patio surround the house and offer sun all day long. There is a wonderful view of the garden from the study. The guest WC was designed in French Art Deco style.

The sleeping area on the upper floor offers three air-conditioned bedrooms and the main bathroom as well as a large gallery above the living area, which can be used for a piano or as a TV area. On the mezzanine floor is the guest bedroom, followed by the large bathroom with sauna and fitness/wellness area.

The ground floor and basement have a continuous clay tiled floor, the upper floor has maple parquet. The dark, open wooden staircase and exposed rafters emphasize the Mediterranean ambience.
