The exterior walls were insulated, new windows with double glazing and an oil central heating system were installed. In 2024 the bathroom was partially rebuilt and modernized. The attic has not been converted and is still in its former state as a hay and straw storage loft.
The property as a whole is in need of renovation.
This house is being sold out of a community of heirs. For this reason, the property is not expected to be handed over until spring / summer 2025 at the earliest.
