Neukirchen has a pharmacy, general practitioners and specialists, a kindergarten with crèche and an elementary school. Secondary schools can be found in the neighboring villages. The EDEKA supermarket and the VR-Bank are just a few minutes' walk away. The pharmacy is located directly in the same building.

Passau is only about 5 minutes away, the next highway exit (A3) Passau Süd only about 3 minutes, Bad Griesbach about 20 minutes, Austria about 10 minutes and Fürstenzell about 5 minutes.
