It is a room in a new 3-room flat share in a great 3-room apartment.

The entire apartment has an area of just under 72 square meters. The individual rooms are accessed from the spacious hallway. You can also reach the WC and the kitchen from the hallway. The kitchen has a balcony that is accessible to all and also offers access to the bathroom with shower.

The shared rooms are rented furnished. All rooms have an electrically height-adjustable desk and chair, a bed with slatted frame and mattress and a white sliding-door wardrobe. The kitchen is also fully equipped including stove, microwave and dishwasher.

The additional costs of 120 EUR include heating, water, hot water, garbage disposal, Wifi and property taxes. In addition, there are only costs for electricity, which are billed directly to the tenants by the local supplier according to consumption.

The apartment is located in a beautiful old town house in Stuttgart. The apartment is very centrally located. All daily necessities are within walking distance. You can reach the local swimming pool in 16 minutes on foot.

The public transport connections are also excellent:

- 2 min. walk to the Bihlplatz subway station (U1, U14)
- 1 min. walk to the bus stop Ulmenstr, (N1)

By public transportation: 13 min. ride from Bihlplatz to the main train station, 15 min. to Vaihingen University.
