Second occupancy after refurbishment. This modern 3-room apartment impresses with:

Unfortunately, we cannot rent the apartment to prospective tenants with dogs.

The following documents are required when renting the apartment:

-Completed self-disclosure form (document attached)
-Scan of the identity card
-Certificate of no rental debt from the previous landlord
-Proof of income:
-For employees: Proof of salary for the last 3 months
-For self-employed persons: Current tax assessment notice
-For interested parties without own income: Proof of earnings or tax assessment notice from parents (last 3 months)

Graduated rental agreement:
The basic rent increases by 20 euros per year. This graduated rent is fixed for the next 8 years.

Minimum rental period:
Ordinary termination is possible after 18 months at the earliest.
