-For self-employed persons: Current tax assessment notice
-For interested parties without own income: Proof of earnings or tax assessment notice from parents (last 3 months)
Graduated rental agreement:
The basic rent increases by 20 euros per year. This graduated rent is fixed for the next 8 years.
Minimum rental period:
Ordinary termination is possible after 18 months at the earliest.
