As building owners, we are looking for new residents for several apartments (newly established).
The apartments are freshly renovated (first occupancy after extensive renovation) and fully furnished incl. fitted kitchen.
The fitted kitchen contains a cooker, dishwasher, microwave and fridge.

The apartment also has a washing machine and a dryer on the mezzanine floor.
The apartment is very centrally located, directly on Bonner Str. with excellent transport connections.

The total area is between approx. 20-35 m2.
The total monthly rent for an apartment incl. furnishings and service charge is from 1140.00 (990+150€ service charge).
The costs for electricity and gas are not included.
The apartment is currently being furnished.

The apartments are located directly on Bonner Str.
The bus stop for lines 132, 133 and 106 is right outside the front door
The apartments are only a 5-minute walk from the Rhine.

Cologne's Südstadt district is very close by and can be reached either by public transport or on foot.
