Haus Sibirien 21 has four apartments of different sizes under one roof. It is located in a large garden in the north of Elmshorn, on the outskirts of the city.
The residential building from the 1960s has just undergone energy-efficient renovation and has been completely refurbished to the highest standards. We are now giving the modern, cozy apartments to new tenants for the first time.
We are looking for people who are interested in living together as neighbors in this "small apartment building". Each apartment has its own garden and terrace. There is also plenty of garden for communal use (and maintenance) for all tenants together.
The gallery apartment is located separately in the rear extension of the house.
The apartment has an open floor plan. The kitchen and a dining area are integrated into the main living room, from here a steel staircase leads to the gallery level.
The first floor opens out onto the garden via large patio doors, while the dormer window on the gallery level offers a sweeping view of the adjacent pasture and, in summer, grazing cows.
On the first floor, the apartment has a second, self-contained room, a shower room and a guest WC, while on the top floor, next to the gallery level, there is a full bathroom.
The Gelerie apartment is suitable for living and working for two, maximum three people. It is not barrier-free.

Warm colors, oak and terrazzo
Walls and ceilings are painted in antique white without wallpaper.
Wooden windows and doors are painted in a warm color.
The floors in all living and sleeping areas are covered throughout with solid, oiled oak parquet, the gallery with stained spruce floorboards.
The kitchen units and kitchen island consist of cupboards with white lacquer fronts and worktops in oak. (The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob with table extractor)
The bathrooms are fitted with white sanitary ceramics, floors, walls and washbasin countertops are covered with terrazzo tiles.
A heat pump provides hot water and supplies the underfloor heating in all rooms. There is also an old, green tiled stove in the gallery apartment, which can also keep the apartment warm on its own.
The house has a fiber optic connection and the gallery apartment has a LAN network. A broadband apartment connection (for internet, telephone, TV) can be booked with E.Net (Stadtwerke Elmshorn).
A communal laundry room is located on the ground floor off the entrance and entrance area.
A separate storage room in the basement can also be rented.
Outside, each apartment will have its own lockable bicycle garage.
The gallery apartment includes a parking space, which can be equipped with an electric charging station if required.
Location
Haus Sibirien 21 is located on the outskirts of Elmshorn. It has a wide view of the meadow behind the house. A short walk takes you to the Sibirien restaurant with its lake and further into the countryside or along the Krückau hiking trail.
A small supermarket with bakery is located on the opposite side of the street, the nearest local shopping center, the small Edeka, pharmacy, school, kindergarten and Thomaskirche are about 1.5 km away.
The AKN station Langenmoor is a 5-minute walk away, and it is another 5 minutes by Kuddel to Elmshorn city center or Elmshorn train station with numerous train connections from Elmshorn to Hamburg - the location is ideal for commuters.
Sibirien 21 also has a very direct car connection to the A23 towards Itzehoe or Hamburg via the Alte B5.
