Our semi-detached house is completely clinkered. This not only looks good, but also represents considerable added value over the years. Some of our neighbors have already had the façade painted after 10 years.
Our semi-detached house has excellent thermal insulation. We currently pay just €69 a month for gas. This already includes water heating. The heating alone only costs around €50 per month.
Our semi-detached house is ready to move into. You don't have to renovate anything, everything is already modernized. You only need to renovate things that you want to adapt to your taste and move in.
