The building was completely renovated last year (2023), whereby a facade insulation (full thermal insulation) in combination with an air heat pump (central heating) was realized. As a result, the building is state of the art in terms of energy technology. The current energy certificate shows a good "C" value. The ancillary costs are very low and the building has no other renovation backlog. The windows were completely replaced 10 years ago. The stairwell was also renovated and is now very friendly and bright. In the apartment itself, the bathroom was renovated, new floors, doors and frames were replaced and the walls were newly papered. As an option, a single garage can also be purchased for €15,000. The apartment was rented out for years, but the family bought a house and therefore moved. We no longer wish to continue renting and have therefore decided to sell the apartment. If you are interested, we would be pleased to hear from you. We want to save ourselves and the new owners commission costs and therefore ask you to refrain from contacting estate agents.
