Description of the house:
You enter the semi-detached house via a step into the house. The entrance door is covered and protects you or your guests in bad weather. A large letterbox is located under the roof. The front door with frosted glass provides daylight in the porch.

The semi-detached house is located on the sunny outskirts of the village in the immediate vicinity of fields and meadows between the new Eutingen train station and Weitingen. The Eutingen train station is approx. 1.5 km away and has good train connections to Stuttgart or Singen, for example. There are also good connections to the A81 Rottenburg/Ergenzingen exit approx. 8 km away or the Horb exit approx. 9 km away. There are also good connections to the beautiful Neckar valley. Freudenstadt is approx. 30 km away.
