2-room apartment with roof terrace, fully furnished, conveniently located

our beautiful, very cozy 2-room attic apartment with its own roof terrace is looking for one or two new tenants from 1.12.24.

The apartment and the entire house were completely renovated and modernized in 2018.
The apartment is rented fully furnished:
- In the living room there is a corner couch, coffee table and TV. From here you can access your own roof terrace.
- The kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, ceramic hob and fridge with freezer compartment.
- The bedroom can be completely darkened using a blind and is furnished with a 1.40 m bed, bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a large closet.
- The daylight bathroom has a bathtub and a towel dryer.
- The apartment also has a built-in wardrobe with lighting that can be used as storage space.

The rent includes all costs incurred (internet - super fast, sweeping week service, insurance costs, garbage, etc.). You make an advance payment for gas, electricity and water and the consumption is billed at regular intervals.

Shopping facilities - stores for daily needs, the Cannstatter Carre, the Bad Cannstatt train station, the Wasen area, the stadium, the Neckar are all within easy walking distance.

You can wash your laundry conveniently in the basement in a coin-operated washing machine and dryer.

There is seating in front of the building and a storage area for bicycles (even covered under the balcony). Depending on availability, a parking space (also with electric charging station) can be rented.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. It is not possible to keep pets.

- stores for daily needs are just around the corner (bakery, Netto, Aldi, kebab shop, bank, pharmacy, ...)
- the Cannstatter Carré shopping center is 600 m away
- Veielbrunnenweg is part of the new Veielbrunnen area, there is a newly created park with an outdoor gym and indoor swimming pool
- the Neckar with the Neckar Valley cycle path is 1 km away
- the Wasen area and the stadium are approx. 1 km away
