We are selling our beautiful, renovated mid-terrace house.
It is more spacious on the inside than it might appear.
On the first floor there is a spacious hallway and a separate WC.
A spacious, bright kitchen (the fitted kitchen remains in the house) offers enough space to cook up a culinary storm. The kitchen leads directly to the dining and living room and from here you have access to the covered terrace and the garden.
The small garden has been put to good use.
There is a shed (which was occasionally used as a children's playhouse with a built-in bed), a climbing frame and sandpit as well as a swing. We had enough space to have barbecues and celebrate many wonderful birthdays. There are playgrounds for all the bigger activities :)

A large master bedroom and two children's rooms (one with a balcony). We had one of them as a children's room and the other as an office/craft room/TV room for the children.
Upstairs in the attic there are two more very large children's rooms - there are almost no sloping ceilings here, as large dormer windows have been installed. One of them has a walk-in closet.
Up here there is also a furnished separate shower room (with an electrically operated skylight).
The attic has air conditioning.
In the basement there is a soundproofed party room, a boiler room, a storage room (last used by us as a fitness room) and a laundry room.
We removed the banister as it was too bulky for us and placed cupboards instead to create additional storage space.
A bicycle shelter was built in front of the house - offers space for 5 bicycles.
The house also has a separate garage.

The school bus for the children is approx. 100m away, but the way to school can also be done by bike (approx. 3km)
The surrounding industry and the neighboring THW have never bothered us, the noise pollution is not a problem for families with babies and in our opinion is limited to normal city noises.
