Beautiful remise G.-Scholl-Str. + possibly further new building

In 2015, we completed the reconstruction of this very, very beautiful, bright coach house.
Since then, one tenant has lived in it (until the end of September 2024), now the house is vacant.
On the ground floor: Fine concrete trowel floor with underfloor heating.
On the 1st floor: Partly the same material (small hallway) or solid wood floorboards in the rooms and parts of the hallway and tiled floor in the bathroom.
The property is part of a newly created community of owners and is legally a condominium.
There is a special right of use to the garden in front of the shed, the area under the conservatory (e.g. for bicycles, garden tools,...) and the adjacent cellar compartment in the side wing (quite large).
We were told at the time (by the town planning office) that another new building in the garden (on the rear wall of the neighboring building on the property boundary) appears to be eligible for approval. There used to be another building on this site.

At least one car parking space, directly next to the garden gate, will be allocated to the shed.

In the trendy part of
Geschwister- Scholl- Straße, right in the middle and yet in a quiet location.
This really is a special living experience in a very popular location.
The Schlosspark is a 5-minute walk away, as are stores, doctors, schools and public transport, as well as Charlottenhof station.
