We have furnished your little paradise for the next six months in a pretty old Berlin building with a historic staircase, three-meter-high rooms and stucco on the ceiling. A large window floods the spacious living room (22 sqm) with light and provides a view of a double bed (spring mattress), a bedside table, a spacious closet, a bookshelf, a desk, a comfortable sofa and a living room table with chairs. A spacious kitchen (10 square meters) with a large window, furnished with a sink, refrigerator, stove, a kitchen cupboard, a table with four chairs and of course everything you need in a kitchen: pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. A shower room (4.3 sqm) with mirror cabinet and a spacious hallway (4.3 sqm) with mirror, wardrobe and luggage rack round off your apartment.
The stated rent of € 980 includes basic rent, utilities and heating costs. You only have to register and pay for your own electricity.
