In addition to a very well-designed garden, the property also offers a tool shed, a greenhouse and a bird aviary, which can be easily dismantled or converted if it is no longer needed.

As can be seen in the photos, the property has a large terrace that can be converted into a conservatory at any time. The floor slab was already generously dimensioned and designed for this purpose during construction.
