Before the warranty period expired in 2019, we privately obtained 2 expert opinions for the apartment Rainer Olbert for the area of building damage and Andreas Schuh for the area of sanitary-heating-ventilation). The findings in both reports were subsequently rectified by the property developer. The expert reports and subsequent rectification of defects were of course also carried out for the common property.
As the owners themselves live 4 - 5 hours away by car, viewings are initially only planned for Friday and Saturday, November 8 and 9, 2024.
