This is a maisonette apartment on the second floor of a 6-family house, built in 2002, already at that time according to the low-energy principle. People keep asking how high the heating costs actually are, last year we heated for a month longer (October to March) and consumed 5000 KWH, so 5000 : 136 sqm = 36.76 KWH per sqm, so we have a KFW 40 standard after the renovation) Yes, these are pure heating costs, without hot water, this is billed separately and depends on consumption. A year earlier we were at 4800 KWH.
