The boxes in the Essen have an area of 21 m² to 24 m² and are particularly suitable for storage or parking. The boxes are accessible 24/7 and have a 16 A power connection, a certified alarm system with reporting to a control center and a fire alarm system. Parking facilities such as a sanitary facility and a letterbox per garage box are also available.

Rental price Rent from € 199 per month (plus VAT) for a Premium garage box. The minimum rental period is 6 months.
