The house and the attached conservatory have a full basement. The Weishaupt condensing gas heating system installed in 2018 is located in the basement. It is supplied via a 2,700-liter liquid gas tank located in the garden.
There is a laundry room with washing machine connection and two further spacious cellar rooms. The basement garage with 2 parking spaces is accessed through the boiler room.
There is a large, detached double garage on the property with an assembly pit and an attic as extra storage space.
The double garage can easily be used as a motorhome, boat or caravan parking space (usable area 6.50 m x 6.50 m, clear height 3.20 m). It is also possible to set up a workshop; a power connection is available.
The well-tended garden has old fruit trees, a raised bed, vegetable patches and is bordered by hedges and ornamental shrubs.
