Shared room in Rheinbach, garden, parking space

There is currently one room for rent (another will follow on the ground floor) in a shared flat. The entire house has a total of 100 square meters and a beautiful garden which is for general use. On the 1st floor there is a bathroom with bathtub and on the ground floor there is a toilet and a separate shower (still under construction). There is a communal kitchen on the ground floor and a washing machine in the basement. Move-in is by arrangement. Parking spaces will be built directly at the house.

The house is close to the center, directly nearby is the Aldi and Hit market, as well as the shopping street of Rheinbach.

The rent is "all inclusive" (electricity, gas, water, all usual utilities and internet).

There are currently 2 other men living in the shared flat.

Very close to the center and yet in a quiet side street. All important stores are in the immediate vicinity.
