The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and is in excellent condition. It is fully furnished and -optionally- equipped with all necessities. If you prefer your own furniture or only need partial furniture, we can talk about it. Non-smokers only.
The apartment is located in an extremely well-kept, quiet complex in Travemünde. Close to all shopping facilities and public transportation, but also to the beach and the Vorderreihe (about 10 minutes by bike).
The neighborhood is quiet and very nice.
An underground parking space is available as well as parking space in front of the house. Elevator, cellar room, bicycle cellar, drying cellar. Washing machine in the apartment, coin-operated washing machine in the cellar. Suitable for senior citizens.
Ideally suited as a single apartment also in old age or for use as a second home.
