We are looking for quiet and understanding tenants who feel comfortable in a harmonious neighborhood. As my wife suffers from dementia, her behavior can sometimes be changeable - sometimes she is very open, sometimes more withdrawn. For this reason, the apartment is unfortunately not suitable for families with children, as their presence could cause confusion.

Ellerbek is a rural community that borders the Hamburg district of Schnelsen and offers excellent transport connections. Burgwedel train station is within walking distance and less than a kilometer away. From there, there are good connections with the AKN and metro buses. Shopping facilities for daily needs, such as Edeka and Aldi, as well as a pharmacy and doctors' surgeries are in the immediate vicinity. Hamburg Airport can be reached in just 15 minutes.
