With only 38 apartments, the retirement home is very personal and individual. The spacious common areas, which make up approx. 50% of the total building area, are constantly maintained by us and have been attractively furnished for the benefit of our residents and their guests. These areas invite communication, welcome visitors and give the house a homely atmosphere, even outside the personal apartments, which have been kept smaller and easier to maintain for senior citizens.
