You enter the house via a cozy, west-facing veranda. Adjacent to the spacious entrance area you will find the kitchen with adjoining spacious dining room, the HWR and the hobby room on one side. The guest WC is also on the first floor.
To the other side is a cozy living room with a fireplace, which offers an unobstructed view of the upper floor.
From there you enter the master bedroom and another adjoining bedroom and bathroom with bath and shower en suite, equipped with separately controllable underfloor heating.
Under the solid, closed wooden staircase to the upper floor, you can store everything that is otherwise in the way in a chamber.
The living room on the upper floor is open-plan and very bright thanks to two opposing windows. From there, a small gallery leads to two children's bedrooms. The second bathroom with shower is also located on the upper floor.

Built in 1953, this rural detached house was completely renovated in 2021/2022.
The roof was re-roofed as part of the renovation. It is insulated with blown-in cellulose, mixed with boron salt to prevent infestation by woodworms and other pests.
The house is connected to the municipal drinking water and sewage network. All drinking water and waste water pipes to and in the house have been replaced.
The floor in the entire lower living area has been completely rebuilt with the necessary insulation.
A new gas heating system has been installed, for which all pipes from the street to the house and inside the house have also been newly laid.
The same applies to the completely renewed electricity.

The house is located in the pretty little village of Roggow with a friendly neighborhood. Nearby is an impressive manor house with popular vacation apartments.
The Baltic Sea, with its large bathing beach, is 5 km away and can be easily reached by bike. An idyllic 1 km walk leads directly from the house to the natural beach on the Salzhaff.
Even in winter, when the tourists have withdrawn, Roggow is pleasantly lively.
In the nearby Baltic seaside resort of Rerik and in the town of Neubukow you will find everything you need for your daily life.
There is a nursery right in the village and schools in the Baltic seaside resort of Rerik.
Not unimportant: you will also find good medical care here.
The towns of Bad Doberan, Wismar and Rostock are easy to reach via the B 105, and the A 20 is not far away either.
