All windows, balcony doors and a large sliding door system in the living room are made of plastic and have double insulating glazing. Some of the windows are fitted with electric shutters and fly screens.
The white aluminum front door element extends across almost the entire width of the staircase area. The large triple-glazed windows provide sufficient light inside the house. The front door has an electronic 5-point locking system and a fingerprint that allows you to enter the building.
A large photovoltaic system with an output of approx. 12.6 kWp is located on the south-facing roof of the house. The system currently feeds so much electricity into the public grid that you receive a monthly feed-in tariff of approx. 500 euros from the grid operator.
