You enter the listed 18th century building through the front door via the courtyard. The first floor used to house the village inn, which was converted into a separate apartment many years ago. In addition to the advantages of the skillfully crafted half-timbered structure, such as the pleasant living climate and the solid real wood beams in the living area, there are also the small ball beetles that occasionally fall out of the half-timbered structure. They do not transmit any diseases or noises or similar, but are merely annoying roommates in the half-timbered house.
Your new apartment is on the second floor. With approx. 125m² of living space and a balcony, the apartment invites you to linger.
All rooms are accessed via a spacious hallway. The property has five rooms, which can be used as a living room, bedroom and three children's rooms, for example.

In the spacious, light-flooded living room, you can enjoy a view of the cantilever (pub sign) of the former restaurant as well as a variable layout.
The following renovation work was carried out:
- Extensive refurbishment of a bathroom, with new tiles, new shower incl. fittings and new washbasin incl. fittings.
- Replacement of all switches and sockets with high-quality GIRA switch range
- New laminate flooring in wood look
- All walls have been refurbished and replastered
The apartment is expected to be ready for occupancy in November 2024.
The outdoor area with adjoining barn is regularly maintained by a team of gardeners. The apartment on the first floor is used as a vacation home by the owner's family.
